Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license and eligibility to practice in New York Med-Surg nursing experience required Epic EMR proficiency Strong clinical assessment and bedside care skills Flexible, positive mindset toward teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive bedside patient care in a fast-paced med-surg environment Accurately document and chart in Epic electronic medical records system Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care Provide patient education, emotional support, and advocacy for both individuals and families Consistently uphold facility policies, safety practices, and quality standards
