Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific hours to be confirmed.
Key Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Experience in Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) nursing required Active
ACLS, BLS, PALS
(or ENPC), and de-escalation training prior to start (or proof of course booking at orientation) Strong ability to deliver direct patient care to diverse age groups Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Adaptability and readiness to contribute as a leader, including delegating to various staff levels
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in compliance with departmental and specialty guidelines Assume leadership within the clinical team and facilitate effective delegation Ensure adherence to all relevant State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies Participate actively in ongoing staff training and education
