Travel assignment with full-time hoursKey Responsibilities:
Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT, with technical precision and clinical expertise. Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care—explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and keeping safety at the forefront. Acquire and process diagnostic images; conduct daily quality control, and maintain radiopharmacy operations according to NYSDOH guidelines. Manage and document patient data within the eRecord CUPID system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and fellow technologists to implement new technologies and enhance laboratory protocols. Uphold the department's core values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience. At least 6 months' experience in Cardiac Imaging. Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License. Certification by NMTCB or ARRT(N).Preferred:
