Key Qualifications:
Current licensure or certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB credentials required Previous experience performing all aspects of nuclear medicine imaging Strong knowledge of radiation safety guidelines and protocols Excellent patient communication and compassionate care skills Proficiency in operating modern imaging equipment Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform routine and advanced nuclear medicine procedures as ordered Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to strict protocols Ensure accurate image acquisition for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes Maintain safety and infection control standards in all tasks Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes Document procedures accurately in electronic health records Participate in departmental quality assurance initiatives
