Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - OT Job Type Travel Bring your expertise in occupational therapy to an impactful hospital-based setting, where you'll work directly with patients to enhance their independence and quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, making a tangible difference in patient care.
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Proven experience delivering therapy in a hospital environment Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills Ability to create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Schedule/Hours:
Contract position with consistent hours Schedule details provided during interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient abilities, limitations, and needs to develop tailored therapy plans Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility and daily function Communicate progress and adjustments to care plans with healthcare teams and patient families Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with hospital standards Provide education and guidance to patients for continued progress beyond hospitalization
