Travel position; schedule determined by hospital needs
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Hospital-based acute rehab experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Strong documentation and patient assessment skills Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs in a hospital ARU setting Develop, implement, and regularly update therapy plans to optimize patient recovery and independence Document patient progress with precision and clarity Work closely with physicians, nursing, and rehab staff to deliver comprehensive care Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, and strategies for ongoing recovery
