Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based experience required Proven ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Compassionate approach with excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform evaluation and treatment of patients based on physician orders Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting patient independence and functional improvement Collaborate routinely with multidisciplinary team members including physicians, nurses, and social workers Consistently document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for use outside of clinical sessions
