Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, assess, and evaluate perioperative nursing care for surgical patients Serve as Scrub Technician as needed, ensuring all sterile protocols are upheld Coordinate and delegate care for optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with established Standards of Nursing Practice Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members Foster a positive, cooperative atmosphere to support team success
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred) Minimum of one year recent Operating Room experience (perioperative skills) Knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative regulations Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication abilities
