Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. Implement, modify, and document therapy interventions that promote effective return to daily activities. Delegate and provide direction for therapy services, collaborating with team members as appropriate. Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and peers. Uphold compliance with professional codes of conduct, state regulations, and clinic policy. Participate in organizational safety initiatives to ensure safe environments for both patients and staff. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all guidelines. Support growth of students and new staff through supervision, mentorship, and educational activities. Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, self-study, and involvement in professional organizations.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure in Physical Therapy (or eligible) in the state of Florida. Recent experience in an outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy setting. Strong clinical reasoning skills with a focus on patient-centered goals. Familiarity with documentation systems and regulatory requirements. Commitment to organizational values focused on quality, respect, teamwork, and safety.
