New Employee Orientation:
16 hours (Weekly, every Monday)Summer Holiday Coverage:
Work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)On-call:
Variable, $9/hr with call-back paid at 1.5x (2-hour minimum) Overtime eligibility after 40 hours per week, 1.15x OT/holiday multiplierRequired Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist, with experience in hospital/acute care therapy preferred Proficient with EMR systems, preferably EPIC Strong collaboration skills, able to work across interdisciplinary teams Willingness to float within your discipline to local campuses Professional, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient carePrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive therapy services to a diverse patient population Contribute clinical expertise as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team Maintain thorough electronic documentation using EPIC system Support and mentor peers as needed (preceptor/charge opportunities available) Participate in call rotation as requiredOutstanding Benefits and Perks:
