Flexible Travel Assignment Qualifications and Experience:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and ability to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs and physicians' guidance Commitment to patient and workplace safety in compliance with facility standards Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including pursuit of continuing education and engagement in professional organizations
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans in consultation with physicians Document all care clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner, following both state and clinic policies Ensure therapy services are delivered safely and in accordance with compliance guidelines Mentor students and actively participate in educational initiatives as part of team and personal growth Uphold strong ethical standards while supporting safety and quality improvement initiatives
