Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current licensure and good standing to practice physical therapy in the state of NJ required Previous outpatient or hospital-based PT experience preferred Strong understanding of patient safety, care transitions, and regulatory guidelines Commitment to continuing education and professional development Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans in line with patient needs and physician direction Manage, delegate, and direct therapy services for assigned patients Design functional, patient-centered treatment programs supporting community reintegration Document care with accuracy and timeliness using approved clinic formats Promote safety for both patients and staff; uphold rigorous personal appearance and attendance standards Provide education to patients, their families, and staff; participate in student supervision and program development as assigned Engage in continuous professional growth and apply current best practices Adhere to state and federal practice guidelines, as well as ethical standards
