Desired Qualifications:

Current, active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Hospital-based outpatient therapy experience preferred Proficient in evaluation, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Commitment to patient and employee safety standards Ability to effectively educate patients, families, and colleagues Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered physical therapy treatments in line with physician direction and patient goals Delegate and guide discipline-specific therapy activities for assigned patients Design functional therapy programs to assist with a successful return to community activities Uphold clinic guidelines around professional standards, appearance, and attendance Adhere to organizational Mission, Core Values, and Code of Conduct Consistently document care, assessments, and goal progression per regulatory and policy requirements Actively engage in ongoing professional development Foster a safe work environment, demonstrating awareness of hazards and following infection control, workplace safety, and patient handling protocols Participate in performance improvement and student education initiatives Stay compliant with all regulatory standards and licensure requirements
