Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent preferred) Current PT license (or eligibility to obtain in Minnesota) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting highly valued Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care Document patient progress and outcomes accurately in electronic health records Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and goals
