Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Expand your expertise in magnetic resonance imaging while working in an advanced clinical environment dedicated to quality patient care. This contract MRI technologist opportunity offers a steady schedule and the chance to operate diverse MRI equipment from some of the leading manufacturers in the industry.
Schedule & Hours:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift 40 hours per week, guaranteed
Key Qualifications:
Certification by ARRT or ARMRIT required Prior experience as an MRI technologist in a clinical or hospital setting Familiarity with imaging on GE, Hitachi, and Siemens MRI systems highly desirable No state radiology license required for this assignment Ability to prioritize patient safety and comfort Strong communication and teamwork skills
Equipment & Facility Details:
Work with 10 magnets: 7 GE units, 2 Hitachi, and 1 Siemens Perform scans on a variety of equipment, expanding your technical knowledge and versatility
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and high standard of care throughout procedures Prepare and position patients, thoroughly explaining processes to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation Monitor scans for quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and document results promptly Maintain MRI equipment and report any malfunctions or concerns to the appropriate personnel This contract position provides a consistent full-time schedule and a direct pay rate of $105 per hour.
