Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio or eligibility Experience with hospital-based outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Ability to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans Commitment to ongoing professional development Competency in patient assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely medical record documentation in compliance with regulations Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students Uphold the highest standards in patient and employee safety, promoting a culture of well-being Comply with all professional, organizational, and regulatory standards and codes of conduct Participate in student education programs and professional development initiatives Contribute to performance improvement and quality assurance processes
