Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with goals and physician direction Design functional programs to promote effective return to community activities Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring safe and high-quality care Educate patients, families, coworkers, and students Uphold professional codes of conduct, organizational mission, and core values Document all interventions clearly and promptly in accordance with policies and compliance standards Promote and model safety practices, participating in organizational safety initiatives Participate in student supervision, professional development, and performance improvement activities

Desired Qualifications:
