Primary Responsibilities:

Assist students in achieving academic and social goals as outlined in their individual education plans Support classroom routines, both in small groups and one-on-one, adapting strategies as needed Provide gentle guidance and encouragement, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere Work closely with classroom teachers to implement learning activities and behavior strategies Help facilitate smooth transitions and provide supervision during classroom activities This contract role offers the chance to make an immediate impact in a welcoming school environment.
