Key Qualifications:
Valid and current PT license (or eligibility) in Kentucky Strong clinical competency in evaluating, developing, and modifying individualized therapy plans Proven ability to direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor patients, families, colleagues, and students Commitment to upholding ethical standards, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance
Role Responsibilities:
Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive patient evaluations Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on physician direction and patient needs Foster a safe, positive clinical environment and adhere to safety guidelines in areas such as patient handling and infection control Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all care provided Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives Mentor students and contribute to positive learning experiences
