Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, adjusting therapies as needed. Lead and delegate discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Design functional programs that facilitate effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Document care plans, goals, and progress with clarity and compliance, ensuring timely records. Adhere to all state, federal, and clinic policies—including codes of conduct and safety protocols. Participate in professional development activities and organize individualized growth plans. Foster a safe clinical environment, emphasizing superior patient and employee safety. Guide and mentor students as part of the clinical education program.

Ideal Qualifications:

Valid state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain). Demonstrated competency in outpatient therapy settings, preferably hospital-based. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics. Previous experience leading or mentoring staff and students is highly desirable.
