Schedule & Hours:
Full-time, 7AM - 7PM shift Flexible scheduling with possible weekend requirements based on operational needs No on-call duties
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of employment or compact BLS certification from AHA required Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Epic EMR experience is a plus Minimum 1 year in medical-surgical nursing preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) Care for post-surgical (orthopedics, general surgery) and neuro patient populations Administer treatments and medications safely per protocols Monitor patient responses and identify complications or changes in status Document care accurately in the EMR Educate patients and families, addressing a full spectrum of needs Potential to float to other units depending on staffing Why choose this travel assignment?
