Schedule:

12-hour night shifts, 19:00-07:30, three shifts per week Every other weekend required No on-call duties Holiday requirements as per unit needs

Qualifications:

Active KS or Compact RN license ACLS and BLS certification required Two or more years of recent hospital Telemetry experience (within 18 months) Skilled in care areas: General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics Experience with a 5:1 RN patient ratio Proficiency in Heparin drips, TPN, PCA, and telemetry rhythm interpretation

EPIC EMR

familiarity preferred Must be comfortable floating to all acute care units New graduates not considered

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients needing significant physical assistance Monitor, assess, and document complex care using EPIC Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams Float to other acute care units as needed Participate fully in all mandatory orientation and ongoing training sessions
