1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down position requiring 2 years of nursing experience, prior travel experience, and flexibility to float across multiple units.

Details Night shift schedule:

19:00-07:30 13-week contract Float position covering multiple departments on-site, including the Acuity Adaptable Unit (AAU), Med/Surg, Inpatient Rehab, and ED (boarded patients) May be required to float to sister sites within 40 miles Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

EMR:

Epic Requirements Active WI or Compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be AHA-issued) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Epic EMR experience required Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address Documents required for consideration: 2 professional references, copy of Driver's License, copies of all certifications, and license verification/Nursys Additional Information Provides nursing care across a mixed patient population spanning step down, med/surg, inpatient rehab, and ED boarded patients based on greatest unit need Floating assignments are based on skill set and facility need Local candidates are accepted, but a radius rule applies — candidates living within the facility's radius threshold may be eligible at a reduced pay rate
