With a caseload of approximately 40 students, you'll have ample opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build strong relationships, and see tangible growth in your students' communication abilities. Plus, with a convenient schedule (7:30 am - 2:45 pm), you'll have time to explore historic Ashland's local eateries, cultural attractions, and scenic trails during your downtime.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Serve 2-3 elementary schools with approximately 40 students Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings
