Desired Experience:
Valid SLP or SLPA licensure (Virginia required, or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for supporting student achievement and development
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate actively in IEP meetings and educational planning
