Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility Experience in skilled therapy settings highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Resourceful, team-oriented mindset Commitment to safety and quality careKey Responsibilities:
Assess patient function and develop/implement personalized treatment plans Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning Complete timely, accurate documentation and progress notes Adhere to safety guidelines—including infection control, safe patient and materials handling, and accident prevention Provide education to patients and families, and contribute to continuous quality improvementBenefits:
