Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (preferably in Washington, or eligibility for certification) Experience or strong interest in working with high school students in grades 9-11 Skill in teaching and adapting curriculum for students with diverse learning needs Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff Excellent communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Provide individualized and group instruction within a classroom of approximately 25 students (grades 9-11) Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse abilities Collaborate with IEP teams to create and track student goals Maintain accurate student records and progress reports Partner with families, counselors, and fellow teachers to ensure student successBenefits:
