Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in California Experience in school-based serviced preferred (elementary, RSP/SDC experience a plus) Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students Evaluate, plan, and implement IEPs for varied caseloads Collaborate with educators and families in developing student-centered goals Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
