Qualifications:
Valid and active BCBA certification required Experience in school-based settings or with mixed grade levels preferred Prior experience conducting FBAs, writing and implementing BIPs Strong ability to supervise, mentor, and support 1-2
RBTs Primary Responsibilities:
District office-based BCBA supporting 3-4 sites with students of various ages Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Consult with teachers and staff to implement behavior supports Supervise and provide guidance to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for students
