Schedule:
Travel assignment with a full-time schedule
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Certified Surgical Technologist program (or equivalent) Licensed Surgical Technologist in Colorado (required) BLS certification (American Heart Association) Competency managing sterile and aseptic technique Experience with neonatal through geriatric populations preferred Effective communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to changing surgical environments and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain sterile field and support surgical procedures with keen attention to detail Monitor and rectify any potential breaches of sterile technique Prepare and check instruments, equipment, and supplies for integrity and sterility Collaborate in patient transport, room turnovers, and perioperative communication Clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization Exhibit professionalism and remain current in emerging technologies Contribute to a safety-minded, Just Culture environment
