Location Details & Schedule Beautiful Lamont, CA, providing access to California's renowned attractions and outdoor activities Full-time travel position, Monday through Friday Call expectation: 2-3 weekend days per month (12-hour shifts); 3-4 weekday calls monthly Occasional rare "forced call" rotation as needed Floating requirements to nearby facilities Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' recent experience in Operating Room Tech (ORT) roles Active BLS certification Experience with varied case types: orthopedic including joint replacements and scopes, urology procedures, extensive GYN and GYN oncology, neurological (including brain and spine surgeries), podiatry, vascular, general surgery, ENT, and pediatrics Comfortable working with Cerner EMR/Surginet and Omnicell pharmacy system Adaptability for floating to different locations as required Responsibilities Prepare and maintain surgical environment, ensuring sterile techniques and adherence to protocols Assist during complex procedures across multiple specialties Collaborate closely with surgeons, charge nurses, schedulers, and support staff Maintain accurate records in Cerner EMR system Respond flexibly to call schedules and shift demands Benefits & Perks Premium travel and housing stipends with tax advantages Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical and dental insurance 401(k) with employer match for your retirement planning Travel assistance to ease your transition Job security through a reputable network of healthcare placements Let your expertise make an impact while you explore the best of California.
