Schedule:

Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts Maximum 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule 36 guaranteed weekly hours Rotating call every 6-7 days, including some weekends Occasional scheduled late shifts

Key Qualifications:

Valid RN license, BLS certification (AHA required) Minimum 1+ year neuro-specific Operating Room experience Proficient in neuro, urology, gynecology, and general surgery cases—including robotic procedures using DaVinci Xi Experience with Ortho (scopes, arthroplasty), Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning Strong team player, adaptable to a variety of case types Hospital-issued black scrubs required for

OR Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as Circulating Nurse for general, neuro, urology, gynecology, and ortho procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all phases of perioperative patient care Promote patient safety and act as a patient advocate at all times Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a patient-focused environment Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including EPIC EMR, DaVinci Xi, and specialty tables
