Desired Qualifications:

Current RN license ACLS and BLS certifications NIH Stroke Scale certification Skilled in reading basic rhythm strips before arrival Experience in telemetry nursing environments Comfortable with both primary and team-based nursing models

Role Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to detect any abnormal cardiac rhythms or clinical changes, ensuring rapid response and accurate documentation Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborating with fellow nurses and providers to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment Educate patients and families about cardiac care, monitoring equipment, and preventative health measures Maintain precise, real-time charting and communication to support seamless transitions and superior patient outcomes
