Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive patient care to adults in a telemetry setting, assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, evidence-based patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions compassionately. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing. One year or more of recent telemetry nursing experience preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
