Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Truss Production Associate to help manufacture roof and floor trusses. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—we provide full training. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using power tools and press tables.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
• Unload lumber and construction materials from trucks.
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Climb on/off tables and rolling press systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor's instructions. Qualifications
• Construction or truss-building experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team.
• Reliable transportation to/from our Ellijay, GA facility.
