About the Role To support the Company's financial operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, invoicing, and credit activities. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with corporate reporting requirements, supporting month-end close processes, and assisting in asset tracking, while contributing to the overall efficiency and integrity of financial operations.

ACTUAL TASKS

being sought for this position : Responsible for assigned accounts payable, daily shipments, and invoicing. Prepare and ensure month-end close information is accurately submitted to Corporate. Coordinate with freight carriers for prepay-and-add shipments for invoicing purposes. Assist in evaluating and approving customer credit terms and credit limits. Generate and approve credit memos as needed. Assist with tracking fixed asset changes (e.g., acquisitions, disposals, trades, sales). Maintain a credit report acceptable to
