As an Associate on the Legacy Transition Team in the Wealth Advice Center (WAC), you will guide beneficiaries through theplex process of estate settlement and asset transfer. You will be tasked with facilitating a smooth distribution of wealth according to the decedents wishes while offering peace of mind during a challenging time, preserving both financial and emotional well-being for all involved. We are looking for someone who can:

• Build and deepen relationships by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions helping retain assets and drive various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC's growth plan
  
• Continue a successful career in a growing wealth management business with strong earning potential and career advancement
  
• Accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreaches assigned in an effort to deliver guidance and a white glove experience
  
• Understand and ad topliance and operational procedures and requirements
  
• Develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across UBS, and external partnerships
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to address beneficiary concerns and deliver optimal solutions
  
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values and vision are effectivelymunicated to the public
  
• Manage timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results

  The team
  The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch with locations in Weehawken, New Jersey; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas, focused on delivering consistent, high quality advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a scalable, relationship based service model.

Our team currently supports more than 250,000 clients nationwide. Clients are served by a team of over 400 dedicated professionals, including Financial Advisors and Team Associates, who work directly with clients—primarily over the phone—to understand their individual needs and help them make informed decisions in support of their long term financial goals.

You'll be working as part of the Legacy Transition Team acting as a key liaison between beneficiaries and internal teams, offering clear guidance while addressing any challenges that may arise during theplex process of asset transitioning from decedents.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement and internal mobility to help guide your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees mustmit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of three years before bing eligible to transfer to another role internally.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• ideally 1+ years of experience in a relevant role preferred
  
• Familiarity with probate processes, trust administration, and post-mortem services
  
• An ability to work with diverse clients, including executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, often in emotionally sensitive situations
  
• Proficiency in analyzing andpletingplex cases with a high level of accuracy
  
• Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
  
• SIE (mandatory), Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) preferred or are able to obtain within 150 days of accepting the position
  
• Undergraduate degree is mandatory
  You are:
  
• Emotionally sensitive, offering support to grieving beneficiaries while maintaining professionalism
  
• Able to adjust to varying beneficiary and business needs, estateplexities, and evolving regulations
  
• Adaptable with the capacity to remainposed and focused in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations
  
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  
• A natural problem-solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  
• Exhibits self-confidence andposure in high-pressure situations
  
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
  
• Exceptionalmunicator, both verbally and in writing, with excellent listening skills
  
• Capable of managing cases independently, with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
