Duties Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security issues or hazards Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the property Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, ensuring proper authorization before granting access Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR if needed Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related observations Enforce property policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure safety protocols are followed Skills Strong understanding of surveillance systems like CCTV for effective monitoring Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Ability to perform first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly advantageous Excellent observation skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to protect assets and reduce theft or damage Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority!
