UVA Health is seeking a General Urologist to join and help grow a robust community-based urology program serving the Culpeper community and surrounding region. This opportunity is designed for a physician who values broad-scope urology practice, strong community relationships, and the ability to shape local urologic services while remaining connected to the academic resources of UVA Health. The position is focused on delivering accessible, high-quality urologic care, meeting strong and increasing demand across these growing communities. Practice & Team Environment:

Clinical Responsibilities:

Outpatient urology clinic Inpatient and outpatient surgical care Diagnosis and management of common urologic conditions, including: BPH and voiding dysfunction Kidney stone disease Hematuria and urinary tract conditions Men's & Women's health concerns Mix of clinic, hospital, and OR responsibilities Shared call coverage within the community urology team

Technology & Ancillary Services:

Modern, recently renovated clinic space on the campus of Culpeper Medical Center Access to outpatient surgery centers and hospital-based ORs Diagnostic and procedural resources to support comprehensive general urology care

Candidate Qualifications:
