Salary FLSA Non-Exempt Job Summary/Basic Function NOTE :
Position can be filled at any level of the approved career ladder. Position will supervise custodians, perform inspections, attend meetings, conduct training, perform administrative duties and clean assigned area. To keep campus buildings clean, safe, functional, and secure in accordance with established policies and standards so there are no interruptions, distractions, or obstacles to the educational programs. Manage team for alternative working hours for snow removal process during winter months.
Required Qualifications Required:
High School diploma or equivalent. Two years full-time custodial work experience One year of supervisory experience. Valid drivers license is a condition of employment. Successful completion of Driver Safety Training program is a condition of employment. Floor Care Certification, Carpet Care Certification, Restroom Care Certification, APPA Supervisor Tool Kit Training Certification (must be complete within 1 year of hire).
Preferred Qualifications Preferred:
Advanced logistic organization, supervisory, and leadership skills. Two year degree from an accredited institution. Franklin Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Certification.
