Job Description

mPulse is looking for a UX Manager who will work in close partnership with product managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality, cross-functional solutions for our acquisitions and payments software. This role is a strategic member of the product team, responsible for UX initiatives to support overarching product goals, evolve the company's design systems, and ensure accessibility best practices. The UX Manager will also supporting the technical team through advanced wire framing and prototyping with Figma software.
Core Responsibilities Product Evolution:
Maintain and evolve design systems and accessibility best practices.
Business Alignment:
Ensure all UX work directly supports business standards and product goals.
Collaborative Delivery:
Work cross-functionally with product managers, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Skills & Experience Experience:
10+ years in the field.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced wire framing and prototyping with Figma software
Analytical Ability:
Using user behavior expertise to inform design decisions.
