Job Title:

Loader Job Description The Loader position is essential for ensuring the efficient loading of finished products into bulk trailers. This role requires excellent paperwork and documentation skills, constant communication with team members, and adherence to food safety regulations. Responsibilities Load finished product into bulk trailers. Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for each load. Communicate effectively with the shift team to determine product types and bin contents. Complete necessary paperwork for loads, including trailer inspections and product samples. Potentially load feed trucks as required. Stay updated on the required MSS for the area. Conduct Fall Protection training. Check load-out magnets daily. Run test pieces through metal detectors once per shift. Utilize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with BRC standards. Essential Skills General labor experience. Production and loading skills. Proficiency in unloading, milling, and machine operation. Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks. Detail-oriented approach. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Thorough knowledge of mill equipment and basic maintenance. Understanding of different wheat varieties and grain science. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.23 - $22.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
