Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize daily operations Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring all billing and payments are processed promptly Maintain detailed records of patient visits, treatments, and owner communications using veterinary software systems Assist with animal handling during check-in and check-out, ensuring safety and comfort for pets and staff Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and medication instructions Skills Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, animal husbandry, and pet care best practices Ability to communicate clearly with clients about pet care instructions and treatment plans Proficiency in managing veterinary software for record keeping and appointment scheduling Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion for animals and owners Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
