Job Description

Who's our ideal candidate? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a knack for organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves a mix of visual merchandising,selling, clienteling and social media marketing, with a focus on providing outstanding client service.
Preferred Skill Sets:
♥ Previous experience working on the selling floor in a retail environment preferably in a boutique or fashion setting. ♥ Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and best practices to create attractive and effective product displays. ♥ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ♥ Ability to meet and exceed sales goals. ♥ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple talks simultaneously. ♥ Ability to adjust to changing priorities and quickly learn new processes or systems. ♥ Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge related to products, processes and store operations. ♥ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. ♥ Strong listening skills to accurately understand and respond to customer needs and preferences. ♥ Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing principles. ♥ Team player with a positive and proactive approach to work. ♥ Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends & holidays. As a Scout & Molly's Stylist, you'll thrive in a dynamic retail setting. This role requires a passion for fashion, attention to detail and a proactive and organized individual that can provide excellent customer service, extensive product knowledge and build long lasting client relationships. With a "can-do" attitude, you will work as a team to contribute to the growth and success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
Create visually appealing product displays and ensure that all merchandise is arranged according to store standards. Regularly update displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal trends. ♥
Selling:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide personalized fashion advice. Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. ♥
Clienteling:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized shopping experiences. Follow up with clients to inform them of new arrivals, promotions, and special events. ♥
Social Media Marketing:
Assist with the development and execution of social media campaigns. Create engaging content, including posts and stories, to promote products and events. ♥
Client Outreach:
Reach out to clients via phone, email, or social media to inform them about exclusive offers, upcoming sales, and new product launches. ♥
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Ensure fitting rooms are tidy and merchandise is arranged neatly. ♥
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment. Provide support to colleagues as needed and participate in team meetings. ♥
Multitasking:
Efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities, including managing transactions, assisting customers, and restocking merchandise, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. ♥
Adaptability:
Quickly adapt to changes in store operations, promotions, and merchandise. Stay flexible and open to new tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
