General Manager - Restaurant

Greenwich Hospitality Restaurant Group, a leading hospitality group operating a collection of distinctive dining concepts spanning coastal escapes, modern Mediterranean destinations, and refined farm-to-table cuisines is seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations for a new location in lower Fairfield county. The right candidate should have a minimum 5 years' management experience in a casual/fine dining setting, with a strong passion for culinary excellence and hospitality. They are team-oriented, with a proven ability to lead and inspire team members to always take the guest dining experience to the highest level. Previous involvement in various capacities of front of house (i.e., server, host, bartender, runner) is strongly preferred. Luxury hotel/restaurant experience is a plus.
