Job Description:

We are looking for a VP of IT, Digital Applications to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This executive-level role will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise digital applications, driving innovation, scalability, and business alignment across the organization. Responsibilities Define and execute the IT digital applications strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, and other business systems) Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements Drive data-driven decision-making through improved systems, reporting, and analytics capabilities Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all digital platforms Manage vendor relationships, including software providers and system integrators Build and lead a high-performing IT applications team Oversee IT governance, budgets, and resource planning Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise applications oversight Strong experience with ERP, CRM, and enterprise system implementations Proven track record in digital transformation and business process optimization Experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional initiatives Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with cloud-based systems, integrations, and modern IT architecture What Our Client Offers Executive leadership role with strong influence on business and technology strategy Opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization Collaborative leadership team and forward-thinking environment Competitive executive compensation package, including bonus potential Stable organization with a focus on innovation and long-term growth
