You'll be working closer to the trading engine than you are now. You're joining a lean market maker where engineering sits at the heart of the business. You'll build systems that need to operate at the highest level of electronic trading. This means elite technical problems without the bureaucracy you'd find at a big tech firm. You're working in a small team, which means real ownership over what you build. You'll see your work go live and have direct impact on the trading infrastructure. The structure here is tight, decisions move fast, and they invest heavily in their engineers. This is office-based. You'll be alongside the traders and other engineers who are solving the same problems in real time. You need strong modern C++ experience and solid Linux systems programming knowledge. You should also have exposure to Python or Bash scripting. That's what matters here. The base salary goes up to $250k, and they're open on total comp depending on what you bring.
