Job Overview Located in Snoqualmie, WA, Gladiator Technologies, LLC (https://gladiatortechnologies.com) is seeking a Content Marketer to make an instant impact enhancing our company's digital marketing presence. We are a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution company providing advanced technology products into international Aerospace, Defense and other commercial markets around the world. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, this position will be an integral member of our Sales and Marketing Team, who will champion and expand our digital online presence by creating and implementing digital media and branding campaigns in our websites, social media, SEO, videos, direct customer outreach including digital brochures and other advertising.

Thrive in creating targeted and engaging content; both written and visual. Create a cohesive, polished brand that is replicated across all marketing content. Expand the company's marketing presence across existing and new channels. Engage and understand our industry, business, and customer behaviors to drive content that will increase company's brand and generate sales opportunities. Contribute key skills in our team‐oriented environment with the common goal of business growth.
Skills:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere or Equivalent). WordPress or Website Management.
Microsoft Office:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Email Marketing. Knowledge and Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, conversion tracking, and other online performance metrics is a plus.
Experience:
Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred).
Marketing:
3+ years (Preferred).
Adobe Creative Suite:
1 year (Preferred).
WordPress:
1 year (Preferred).
Microsoft Office:
1 year (Preferred).
Email marketing:
1 year (Preferred). Experience in Aerospace/Defense Markets (Preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite is required, familiarity with MRP/ERP systems is preferred. Ability to pro-actively prioritize multiple tasks, while maintaining strong organization, a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and continually changing environment. Ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment and have strong ethics to do what is right for the customer, the company, and fellow employees.

Location and Work Environment:
The position is full-time on-site in Snoqualmie, WA, Monday to Friday. The work is typically performed in an office environment, with a moderate noise level. The role involves frequent communication, both in-person and via phone or Teams, with individuals and groups. The candidate must be able to read and respond to documents in both hard copy and electronic formats. The position may require occasionally lifting materials up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks that involve bending, kneeling, stretching, and standing during shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 and is based on experience level and credentials.
