Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude. Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure everything is to their liking and address any special requests or dietary needs. Clear tables efficiently and assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items, ingredients, and specials. Skills Previous experience in waitstaff or hospitality roles is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with guests and team members. Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively during high-volume service times. Knowledge of basic food safety standards and proper handling procedures is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
