Responsibilities Safely operate a van with automatic transmission to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload products efficiently using pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, verifying delivery details with customers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, confirming receipt of goods, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Follow all safety protocols during driving, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities to prevent accidents. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records. Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock organization, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Experience Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly preferred. Proven warehouse experience including load & unload procedures and inventory handling. Familiarity with pallet jack usage is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Experience with route driving, load securing, and adhering to delivery schedules.
